Tara Lynch

My name is Tara Lynch, and I am an Early Childhood Director, consultant, trainer, and the owner of two childcare centers. With more than twenty years of experience in the field, I have worked directly alongside teachers, administrators, and leaders, which has given me a deep understanding of the real challenges educators face every day. My hands-on work in classrooms and with families has allowed me to truly understand their needs, their pressures, and the vital role high-quality early childhood programs play in their lives.

Over the years, I have served as a center director, program developer, and mentor to new and aspiring leaders. My areas of expertise include early childhood operations, licensing compliance, curriculum planning, organizational leadership, and staff development. I am passionate about providing practical, relationship-based guidance that strengthens programs and supports the workforce that makes them thrive.

I am seeking a position on the board to elevate the voices of childcare providers and to help advocate for realistic, meaningful solutions that support centers, staff, children, and families. I hope to contribute my experience, perspective, and commitment to strong, compassionate leadership to help drive decisions that truly make a difference in our field.
