Are  you or a staff member ready to take the CDA Assessment? A T.E.A.C.H. scholarship can help cover the cost of the CDA Assessment Fee!

Meet with T.E.A.C.H. staff to learn how you can support a team member through the process as sponsoring employer OR learn about the CDA Assessment Fee application process to earn your CDA credential.

Eligibility for the CDA Assessment Fee Scholarship includes:

  • Applicants must Be employed at least 30 hours per week at a
      • Licensed child care center,
      • Licensed family child care home, or
      • Registered family child care home
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Earn $20 or less per hour
  • Be a Texas resident
  • Completed the required 120 training hours in the CDA Core Competencies,  professional portfolio and family questionnaires.
