Training of Trainers Advanced, San Antonio

This 8-hour session is for participants who are seeking an Advanced level of Training of Trainers (ToT). Participants must have already completed Beginner/Intermediate ToT, an initial 8 hours, or are experienced trainers currently on TECPDS and needing to renew their trainer certification. This session will cover relevant adult learning principles and additional strategies in their design and delivery of training content to ensure transfer of knowledge. Participants will explore information and activities to effectively observe and evaluate training effectiveness while engaging learners to make their trainings more interesting and the content memorable.
