Shared Services Alliance

People in a group talkin

Our Shared Services Alliance is designed to help early learning programs increase teacher compensation packages by providing employee benefits at a shared cost. The Shared Services Alliance allows early learning programs to become more efficient, operationally stronger, and better equipped to offer a high-quality program.

Mission – Our alliance builds the capacity of early learning programs to provide professional compensation and benefits to early childhood educators by strengthening business practices and providing access to affordable benefits.

Vision – Early Childhood Educators receive salaries and benefits that recognize the critical work they do with young children and families.
