Shared Services Alliance

Early learning leaders are stretched too thin. Staffing, compliance, professional growth, operations, and employee support all compete for attention every day.

The Shared Services Alliance was created by TXAEYC to make sure programs across Texas don’t have to solve those challenges alone. By bringing key supports into one place, Shared Services helps programs spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on children, families, and staff.

What Shared Services Provides

Coaching, Leadership Support, and Learning All in One Place

Directors and owners receive guidance that can be used immediately inside their program, whether you operate a single classroom, multiple sites, or a large team across locations.

  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Monthly educator webinars focused on classroom practice
  • A 10-month leadership webinar series for administrators and directors
  • A Learning Management System launching in April with discounted member access for all your professional development needs

These learning opportunities support educators, leaders, and entire teams with easy to access online training designed specifically for early childhood programs to train at their own pace.

HR Advising and Business Coaching

Programs of every size face staffing challenges, compliance requirements, and operational demands. Shared Services connects you with professionals who understand early childhood programs and can provide guidance tailored to how your program operates.

  • Workforce management and staffing strategy
  • Compliance and policy guidance
  • Operational efficiency and growth planning

For larger programs, this becomes an extension of your leadership capacity. For smaller programs, it provides access to expertise that may not exist in-house.

Benefits for Your Team

Thrive Workplace Benefits Access

With the Shared Services Alliance, members receive access to the Thrive Workplace Benefits platform and enrollment support, making it easier to offer medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage options to staff.

The benefits package offers employees a range of options, including a healthcare membership, three Minimal Essential Coverage (MEC) plans, one Minimum Value Plan (MVP), as well as dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.

This short overview video walks through the different benefit packages available through Thrive Workplace Benefits and how enrollment works in practice. You’ll get a clear sense of the medical, dental, vision, and supplemental options, along with the tools and resources that support programs and staff throughout the process. It’s a practical introduction to what’s offered before you explore the full benefits guide below.

What Makes Shared Services Different

Shared Services Alliance is not a traditional broker, and unlocking health benefits is just the start. Members receive operational support, professional learning, HR guidance, and business coaching in addition to access to benefits.
