Tara Lynch

Tara Lynch is the owner of two childcare centers in the DFW area, where she has spent more than 20 years serving young children and their families. She is passionate about helping both children and educators thrive, believing that great teachers and strong leaders create life-changing experiences for children. In addition to leading her childcare centers, Tara is the founder of Flair for Childcare, where she provides practical training and coaching for early childhood professionals across Texas. As the newly elected Secretary of TXAEYC, she is excited to support the organization’s mission of advancing high-quality early childhood education while connecting, encouraging, and empowering educators throughout the state.
