Monday, April 13th: Music Monday 

Sing, move, and build early literacy through rhythm and sound. Music supports language development, memory, and movement. It also brings energy into your classroom in a way children naturally respond to.

  • Create a classroom playlist with songs from different cultures
  • Use simple instruments like shakers or drums
  • Play musical games like freeze dance or call-and-response

Build, collaborate, and solve problems together. When children work together, they develop social skills while exploring early math and science concepts.

  • Assign small team tasks that require cooperation

Create, experiment, and express ideas through art. Open-ended art encourages creativity, problem-solving, and fine motor development.
