Virtual Pass FAQ

What does the Virtual Pass include?
The Virtual Pass gives you live access to select keynotes and breakout sessions from the TXAEYC Annual Conference on November 6–7, 2025. You’ll watch high-quality video streams, earn professional development hours as you participate, and stay connected with early childhood educators across Texas.

How do I join the sessions?
You’ll receive an email with your access link and instructions before the event begins. On the day of your sessions, simply click the link from your computer or tablet to join. We recommend using a reliable internet connection and the latest version of Zoom or your web browser for the best experience.

What if I join late or miss part of a session?
The Virtual Pass focuses on live participation throughout both conference days. You can still join at any time, but you may miss part of the discussion or Q&A. If any recordings become available afterward, we’ll share those details by email.

How do I earn professional development hours?
You’ll earn PD or training hours by attending the live sessions. Make sure you stay for the majority of each session to earn credit. Certificates will be sent in the weeks following the conference.

Will closed captioning be available?
Yes. Closed captions will be available for most Virtual Pass sessions through Zoom’s built-in captioning feature. You can turn them on by clicking “CC” or “Show Captions” in the Zoom toolbar once the session begins. There are more options in your Zoom settings under “Accessibility.”
